Cottage cheese pancakes they are yummy.

Ingredients

2 T butter
1 c all-purpose flour
1 t baking powder
1/4 t baking soda
1-2 T sugar
4 eggs
16 ounces cottage cheese



Directions

Mix together all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix eggs and add cottage cheese until smooth. Add to dry ingredients and blend well.

Melt butter in and drop spoonfuls of batter into hot pan. Flip when starts to bubble.
