I see I missed out on the competition for the fabulous piece of art,
and sadly did not get to know flow,
but here is my contribution.



Lightwebs

Weaving the web of Life
oscillating to the pulse of the circle of drums
which rolls and cascades,
The ebb and flow of the tidal rhythm
upon which the players surf,
women and children dance and weave
great strands of vibrant color
fill the field upon which we play
The joyful, happy spirit is obvious
written by living pens of light
through these vessels of clay
rainbow-hearted warriors do the dance of dharma
sowing the seeds of good karma.

It was inspired by a long strange trip I made to Toronto many years ago, which had a high point in it being an afternoon in High park with a Rainbow tribe drum circle and event going on which I partook of with my drum.
Later that night,
when I was able to write,
this little piece,
was my literary release.

The eagle is a piece I made from 1/2 inch polished granite, it is 16 inchs square based on a hopi design which I modified.
