Crowley got his I Ching stuff mixed up at first, it seems, but he managed to correct himself in his notes. He was well before his time with it though. Thanks for linking his interpretation of the Tao Te Ching

The I Ching is an ancient divination system, which was employed long before any of the Chinese philosophers that I can think of, but commentary was added to it by different philosophers over the ages.

I take the divination aspect as the point of entry into the I Ching. To me it is far more than that? It is a complete cosmology, imo.
