I honestly don't get the bizarre logical fallacy references that this other person is making and l do not wish to ever engage him, l don't even mean that in a hurt or offensive way, l'm just flatly saying that l have no idea what is going on with that person and l'm happy to just walk away. I am for cats, are you for dogs? If so we can debate this deceptively complex matter. I propose: "Cats are better than dogs, and dogs should not even be kept as pets." If you disagree then we have a face/off. It won't work if you agree though.
That's a tough one... So, we have cats and dogs, both have female and male representatives. However, in my own mind (which is unreliable at times), I see cats as a species having a female aura (just making up words now) and dogs as having a male aura. So I suppose I will say I am for dogs since I am male. *cringeworthy reply*
Well, l suppose most domesticated cats would be female. Because a male cat would have to be neutered otherwise it would scratch people and urinate regularly to mark its territory ... in the owner's house. As for dogs, l don't know what gender predominates but let's say you're right, they are male aura. However, dogs have these downsides: 1. Invasion of privacy by default 2. Unpredictable aggression 3. Can do very serious harm when aggressive 4. Constantly jumping around hence constantly eating to replenish energy hence constantly defaecating. Dog faeces have no nutritional value, they don't help the earth, they just contain undigested protein which encourages rats. Have you noticed that doggy areas are also ratty areas? 5. Dogs encourage badboy types, which causes neighbourhoods to go down the pan. Imagine the worst neighbourhood. Imagine they all get cats instead of dogs. The neighbourhood would change instantly, overnight, into a place on the mend. Cat virtues: 1. Polite 2. Prim, discretely poops and pees 3. Shy, keeps respectful distance 4. Gorgeous faces. Calling someone a dog is an insult always. 5. Gorgeous meowing sound. Dog barks are horrid. 6. Not capable of seriously harming a person (well, not really) 7. Keeps house free of rodents
Mine are both males but did have to be neutered. It was done to prolong their lives, I really didn't like it. (Too much roaming around, traffic, fights, etc.) Seal point was injured badly at one point so had to make that decision. Dog good points: Extreme and unquestioned loyalty Fierce protectors of territory and family Living burglar alarms, sometimes frighten away intruders Can get along with cats in same home (most of the time) Do better outside than cats (if climate and yard space are favorable) Sleek and soft... wait... Cat bad points Uh....
OK so the tide finally turns for cats. Thanks, great debate! Btw, re: loyalty, it's good to have a loyal pet, l agree, but if it poops in a tray or worse, just anywhere (l'm looking at you, dog population) l don't require much loyalty, just a warm bottom , like in winter when l fed my cat l would then stroke her bottom and it would actually turn red hot from the metabolism of her food and so l could actually turn on the central heating later and later. Wait what was the topic ... ?
