Just a little update

Namaste all,

as i mentioned in another thread... my lovely Dharma partner and i are pregnant and, many tests later, it seems to be confirmed that it is a viable pregnancy.

that is quite positive news for us as we are a bit older than many that have children.

in any event, the salient point of this is our due date..



December 25.




in any event, i just want to say thank you again for all of the well wishes and postive energy and prayers which have come our way.

if i may wax a bit philosophic (or idiotic, depending on your view )....

in my view, if we could get down to a basic description of life or atleast life as experienced by human beings, we could easily say that a basic factor of human existence is change. perhaps, more properly, humans experience the fourth dimension as the process of change in the normal three dimensions. which is a long winded way of saying "life is chacterized by change". clearly, not an original thought

in any event, this past month of April has been one of great personal change and said change is still occuring, as it always does. perhaps, there are times in our life of change that we become more acutely aware of it. those moments when we look upon the reflection of this physical form and notice that the physical features don't match what our mental image of our being is, for instance. those times when we notice that our old way of thinking no longer is sufficient, those times when our wisdom outshines our confusion...

And the emotional state you are in is based on the combination of your perception of the situation based on your accumulation of past experience. Of course the situation is one of the the results you created which is based on.... and happily ever after.

So it all really won't hit the fan or hit your conceptual continuity until the end of this year when that glorious little bundle of joy I like to call a most efficient time absorbtion capsule. All free time in the universe will be sucked up by this little soul...

So wax philosophic now...

Mine were born when my wife and I were 36, we were given a gift for waiting so long...twins. They are now 13, they've got control over the time absorbtion thing...it is no longer involuntary and so voracious...tis much more controlled...as they utilize more of their time up and less of mine...

leaves me open to wax.....or sleep...
