I was going home after a quick appointment at my "bank" as well as a short grocery stint when I had an interesting interaction with one of the public transit drivers.
She asked me how I was doing and I replied, "I'm looking forward to tomorrow."
She responded, "And the church said 'A-men'."
Today is an election day for us here in certain areas of Wisconsin.

Not Jackie, Jakie, the tomcat my family had to leave behind in Pittsburgh. He was the one that had the "protection racket" when he was alive (don't know if any other cat took over the neighbourhood.) He was like the "mountain lion" personality-wise (Jakie was a black DLH.)
