The extra "L" is in fact intentional. So it's Teal Leaf as in a teal colored leaf whatever that means. Perhaps it means I'm minty fresh.

As for the joke, I don't get it. Why would "Tea Leaf" inspire a joke about increasing security?

theres a few with Aussie slang, but i dont know if its all rhyming slang.
