The a$$ deserves some rights... some lefts... a few more rights... a few left hooks... a few right crosses... a couple of left jabs... several right upper-cuts...

    Just my humble opinion.

A rant for/about my "dear" brother:

If you don't like what's going on in your apartment and/or apartment complex, fooking move.

If you don't like living with a roommate, see the above.

I'm mostly autonomous, having a few reasonable rules that anyone who lives with a living companion of a different species has as well as general rules that apply to any community (like the schedule for the laundry room [when it's "open" vs when it isn't] as well as community room hours and "noise".) I've come home close to 2 am several times during the school year without much difficulty (a few :kitty: complaints, but that's par for the course) and eat pickles for breakfast, but "dear brother" complains to me when he gets "written up" for eating his roommate's PopTarts(tm) or if he's not in his apartment by 9 pm.

    Get a fooking clue,
    Your little sister, Phyllis Sidhe_Uaine

True, but the right person to kvetch to is not the little sister (unless said little sister is the landlord or property manager.) It's like if you complained about a particularly irritating roo buck (or a large warren of rabbits) to your father-in-law, demanding that he do something about the local (to you) wildlife.

Sorry there. Didn't mean to be insensitive. Down here family and mates are everything. We turn to them. They turn to us. Help when we can. Listen when we can't. I sometimes forget it's not like that for everyone. Now, about that damn roo. Ya, see...

I didn't understand what "lower your pants to get the next batch" meant.... Unless that is where you shoved the last batch?

I loathe people like this! https://www.yahoo.com/news/woman-arrested-dead-dog-2-181500202.html

Unfortunately, too many "animal lovers" will do this (ditto people who will knowingly leave vulnerable people in similar situations.) This is why I leave furred purrson plural at home when I go out (the building's kept rather cool during the summer and warm in the winter due to the fact that the residents are elderly and/or legitimately disabled.)

There are stupid laws, then there are stupider laws! So, a while back an adult doll maker in Shenzhen, China offered me an insane amount of money to do an online photo catalog for them and made arrangements to have several of their dolls shipped to my location for the shoot.

Everything was fine until they started shipping the smaller dolls. Nearly all were confiscated by customs. As if that wasn't annoying enough, the local authorities come round and start asking a lot of personal questions. Come to find out, if a bloke orders an adult doll over 95cm, but under 140cm they are suspected of being a pedophile! Had to show my union card an everything to prove I was a photographer. They even asked for a copy of the photo shoot agreement. It's a freaking doll you idiots!

Yes, that's the main purpose. Although, they're also used for photography. Have one myself, as do many of my colleagues. These aren't those inflatable things you see, but very realistic, true to life, human replicas, made of thermoplastic elastomer. This material has the look and feel of actual human skin. Unfortunately it's also rather expensive and heavy. So, in addition to making full size models, manufacturers also make scaled down versions to reduce costs and weight. There's no mistaking them for children though. At least not the ones produced by the manufacturer I was working with.

    To Whom It May Concern,

If a person from public transit tells you that there's another detour on the route because of an annual festival (in this case, it's Bastille Days), please take note. There's already the detours for "road destruction", which is a PitA, but Bastille Days is an annual event on the east side! What's even easier, since you have a "smart phone", you can check the transit company's website! They post important information pertaining to every route, therefore you wouldn't be stuck waiting for a bus that won't be coming through! If you don't want to do that, cross the street to the stop for the bus going the opposite direction and either get on the correct bus or stay on the bus you got on and watch the driver's route! You can even ask the bus driver about how to get to where you need to get to!

That's how I knew that I had to walk several blocks to the store, plus how I knew to avoid the east side farmer's market this weekend (it's not held during Bastille Days, and Milwaukee's Bastille Days is not worth going to imho.)

I'll have something in the hard liquor "department", you can enjoy whatever alcoholic beverages you prefer, and I'll "see you under the table".

Oh, ok. Say for a taste of the grape now and then, can't lay into the potent potables like I once done. BP and all that.

I empathize with you (I'm on both a blood pressure medication and Metformin [for diabetes].) I don't have hard liquor that often (never have due to a preference for being "in control" of my immediate circumstances.) That's why I'm usually interacting with moggies/:kitty:s.
