Spinach, Onion and Carrot Stir-fry
Boiled Egg and Potato Curry with Tomato Chutney
An "Americanized" version of bibimbap (I have both gochujang and toasted sesame oil, so I tried a "receipt" that I got...) I also had both seedless black grapes, Honeycrisp apple slices, raspberry honey and an apple cider doughnut.
I put a couple of breaded fake chicken cutlets with sharp cheddar cheese in the oven, then put them on a sweet Hawaiian bun, added a Honeycrisp apple and a tangerine, washing it down with a caffeine-free diet cola.
Tomorrow, I'm having Korean-style sweet chili noodles with fake chicken (might toss them together, coating the chicken with the gochujang sauce...) Sugar-free cream soda to go along with it.
Half bottle of wine and an apple last night. Grips and gaffs hit the buffet hard before I got there!
Hopefully upcoming menus will include some more substantial fare. Perhaps rue burger or maybe dingo surprise.
Don't you mean "roo burger"? There's a roo buck that owes Aussie!
I think I trod in some dingo surprise last night! Oddly enough, roo is sometimes seasoned with dried rue leaf. Of course that can lead to Aussie surprise...
I made a vegetarian chicken salad with sharp cheddar, chopped Honeycrisp apple and baby spinach. A scoop of limoncello gelato and a glass of caffeine-free diet cola finished my meal.
Tomorrow, I'm planning on sautéing some vegetarian gyro strips with gochujang and Oriental-style vegetables and udon noodles, ending with either hazelnut gelato or lemon sorbet. Haven't decided on the beverage yet.

It's the "Festival of Fried Food", so I'm having modified fried stuff this week.
Started with potato kugel (instead of latkes) laced with aged white cheddar, and an apple cider doughnut for dessert, washing it down with blood orange seltzer. Having the same thing tonight.

A "Dutch baby"/puff pancake using cardamom instead of cinnamon (didn't have any other than the sticks for mulled cider.) I was too chicken to use the Vulcan's Fire Salt (bock, bock...)

Another WiP "receipt" (vegetarian "meat" with reduced-sodium taco seasoning, pico de gallo and mirepoix topped with Appalachian-style cornbread and reduced-fat Mexican-style cheese blend) along with a nonalcoholic frozen mimosa.
I would've rather have an alcoholic mimosa or more (politics) but why poison myself and hope the other person dies?
Vegetarian pepperoni pizza waffle and a diet soda with night medications for dessert. Might make a vegetarian Italian sausage pizza waffle tomorrow night (WiPs.)
Leftover vegetable briani but no chutney, chopped and added jalepeno, roasted garlic, onion, figs, and dates to raspberry jam...close enough
Blueberry waffle with more blueberries than one would usually know what to do with (I mixed in an entire pint of them for a single recipe of batter.) A diet cola to go with it.
I know, waffles for dinner is "questionable"...
