Someone else's. I cannot have children, much less grandchildren. I live in an ADA-compliant apartment complex with a mix of elderly and "disabled", and some of the latter have conditions that make them more susceptible to COVID (diabetes, cardiac conditions, strokes, cancer, etc.) Some of the others remember when Stalin and Eisenhower were in power/office!

Well, given the current state of play, they may not notice the difference.

    To Whom It May Concern,

Stop throwing breakable items when you're involved in an argument. Someone's going to get hurt who might not be involved.

To Whom It May Concern #2,

Public spaces are not loos, for humans nor nonhumans. You were caught on security cameras dropping trousers and leaving a pile on the carpeting. Not only is it unsanitary, there are kids that can see what you look like! I can't wait until you're evicted!

It sounds like you live in a tough sort of environment? Are you safe there?

Usually, but there are times that someone needs a good swift kick in the southern end of a northbound :kitty:!

Well I'm sure that cannot be a pleasant experience that anyone cares to repeat?

Not yet. I have to undergo a new eye exam due to the previous exam "lapsing" (I'm going to coordinate between the surgeon and my caseworker so everyone's on the same page.) The whole thing's a PitA...

    To Whom It May Concern,

You have several preexisting conditions that make you vulnerable to severe COVID side effects. You are also older than me. Why haven't you gotten your first vaccine dose?

If you're afraid, look away from what the VNA nurse is doing, plus have something to listen to like an mp3 player or something. You don't need me to hold your hand, plus I have a doctor's appointment where I need to get blood drawn! If you have trouble with just one, just picture two shots plus the blood draw! There's a d@mn good reason I watch. (I become combative if I don't!)

To Whom It May Concern #2,

I'm protecting my right arm because I just had my Hep b and shingles shots as well as four vials of blood drawn. I'm ready to kick you in a rather tender area of your body so hard that your ,great grandchildren will feel it! If you don't like it, start walking.

    DB,

You're going to be sixty next month. You don't need my permission to get married again since a) I'm younger than you, and b) I'm not your caregiver.

If you thought that you needed a subject to explain why you called, just remember that I only need to know that you're not "pushing up the daisies."

By the way, perhaps now that you're moving out of your current apartment, maybe you ought to start thinking about getting a service dog! You qualify for one, y'know!

I wish I had known the Shingles shot was available. I obtained my dose of the problem just before the new year ( Dec 2020) and I'm still suffering a bit.

Plus I had my covid booster last week and joy of joys the few remaining blotches of rash felt the need take exception.

I'll say this regarding shingles for any jabberwockies out there. Get the injection, unless your idea of fun is experiencing both internal pains and itchy skin, which if you are tempted to scratch can turn infectious.

Oh, wait, I suppose there are some out there that'll think that's exactly what they like.

    Oh well.

    https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/shingles/

As I said, mine have lasted nearly a year (though mostly mild for the last six months). As you can see from the NHS site, if you get it in a visible area (and regardless, given the people you may put at risk) you'll probably be treated like a leper for a few months too. Not to mention the danger you'll be to those nearest and dearest.

    To Whom It May Concern,

Do all of your kids have the exact same allergy that prevents them from getting any of the vaccines? I mean, I can kinda understand not getting the COVID-19 vaccine, but the MMR vaccine? DPT? Polio? I'm staying as far away as is humanly possible while still being in Milwaukee County! (The kids haven't had any of the childhood vaccinations!)

    To Whom It May Concern,

I'm not interested in what you're selling, plus I'm running late for an important doctor's appointment (preparing for cataract surgery [was a tad late for the appointment, but within the allotted time].) Don't get upset if I hang up on you!

To Whom It May Concern #2,

I'm not allowed to let someone into the apartment complex other that EMS, firefighters and police. It's not my choice but management's. On top of that, if I tell you that I don't have a functional cell phone on me, drop the bloody subject!

To Whom It May Concern #3,

Not all anime is violent! I wouldn't loan out any that are if there's a chance that children might walk in. Ditto any other "adult" material. My Neighbor Totoro is rated G, so drop it! If you don't want to watch it, fine! Others do!

I often stay away from this thread...it saddens me, it fogs my rose colored glasses.

Phyllis I hope there are dozens of occurrences each day which make you laugh, smile and feel grateful to offset each and every TWIMC.

It is my hope that your posts in jokes and cats and good things thruout the day fill your thoughts and dwarf the TWIMC each and every day.

Ah, but does/did that relative's parent/s claim that all of the siblings have the same allergy, preventing all of the siblings from getting vaccinated? That is what  me off.

I have :kitty:s and other things surrounding me, both irl and online (The Trio is doing its best to distract me from everything political right now. It might work!)

Here, parents make it a point to have children vaccinated for all diseases. No allergies in my family and very few among those whom I know. Every one has had double vaccination for Covid, except my youngest grandson who is 10 year old. Can't help it. They do not have any vax for kids. When it arrives, people here will race for it. https://kauveryhospital.com/blog/paediatrics/immunization-chart-for-babies-in-india/

    To Whom It May Concern,

Stop your Monday Morning Quarterbacking. The survivors of all of these tragedies don't bloody need it right now and the rest of us want to do something about you.

To Whom It May Concern #2,

There was a legitimate reason why I didn't respond to you, and that was a tribute to the victims of Sunday's massacre in Waukesha. Be grateful that I didn't stuff you into a freezer without your coat! Additionally, I don't work at the store! I cannot assist you even if I wanted to!

To Whom It May Concern #3,

I'm allergic to your dog. Please respect my desire to distance myself from him.

    To Whom It May Concern,

I didn't sign up for a Thanksgiving meal. The only ones that eat meat are The Trio, and they reject it! Give the meal to one of the other neighbours! They might appreciate it!

To Whom It May Concern #2,

I have other plans than to "invite" EMS to my flat today. Leave me alone, and take your ham with you!

To Whom It May Concern #3,

Most businesses are closed today due to the holiday. Slow the hell down. There are kids and :kitty:s living in the area!
